ORDER GOING TO SOMEONE ELSE - Name and address of the person it’s going to, what you’d like or how much you want to spend, greeting that we can put on the card, phone number for local deliveries. I will also need the billing address for your credit card (including the code) so I can key in the order, your name and phone number. (We will call you for the actual credit card information)
